Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing guests with the highest standards of exemplary customer service
- Anticipate and exceed guest expectations
- Take ownership and attend to all forms of feedback received and to ensure timely appropriate responses and compensation where applicable
- Ensure all feedback is documented and receives appropriate coding
- Perform various administrative duties and shift paperwork
- Ensure reports required for the day are generated dutifully
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of work areas especially those in full view of guests
- Work closely with the senior coordinator in monitoring work-flow processes and identify areas for improvement
- Assist supervisors in other duties assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Tourism or any other relevant discipline
- Service-oriented, able to communicate effectively in English and a second language (preferably Mandarin)
- At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience
- Complete fluency in English and excellent writing skills
- Ability to speak Mandarin, Japanese and/or Korean will be an added advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft office software (e.g. MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
