Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing guests with the highest standards of exemplary customer service
  • Anticipate and exceed guest expectations
  • Take ownership and attend to all forms of feedback received and to ensure timely appropriate responses and compensation where applicable
  • Ensure all feedback is documented and receives appropriate coding
  • Perform various administrative duties and shift paperwork
  • Ensure reports required for the day are generated dutifully
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of work areas especially those in full view of guests
  • Work closely with the senior coordinator in monitoring work-flow processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist supervisors in other duties assigned from time to time

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Tourism or any other relevant discipline
  • Service-oriented, able to communicate effectively in English and a second language (preferably Mandarin)
  • At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience
  • Complete fluency in English and excellent writing skills
  • Ability to speak Mandarin, Japanese and/or Korean will be an added advantage
  • Familiar with Microsoft office software (e.g. MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
