Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting, planning and communicating schedules according to Business Units’ (BUs’) respective line schedules, park projections, operational calendar etc.
- Approval of leave requests by team members based on BU’s operating requirements.
- Administering of shifts into Virtual Roster System and performing Virtual Roster activities such as drafting, publishing and authorizing.
- Communicating with team members on availabilities, shift requirements and planned schedules.
- Perform other ad hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
- GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ Levels/ ITE Certificate/ Diploma in Tourism or any other relevant discipline.
- 1-year relevant operations experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education, experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong in numerical skills.
- Knowledge of attractions operations will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to provide both BUs and team members with best matched schedules through planning and adjustments.
- Responsible, meticulous, able to multi-task and be organized.
- Able to perform shift work, including weekends and Public Holidays.
