Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Pre-op duties (set up and prepare parade float test for characters, rehearsals and operations)

• Assist in dress up and down of Animated and Stilts Characters

• Ensure smooth running of parade operations

• Provide excellent customer service and enhance the vibe and interact with guests during Show Experience offerings

• Managing guest expectations

• Support parade rehearsals and operations scheduled by RWS

• Preparing and organizing rehearsals and parade operation needs

• Walk in front of parade float to guide its movement throughout the parade route

• Maintain a clear line of vision and communication with the float driver to coordinate direction changes and stop points

• Ensure safety of performers, guests and property of RWS during the parade

• Adhere to and enforce all safety guidelines and protocols provided by Stage Management and Safety team

• Coordinate with other crew, stage managers, to ensure synchronized movements of float and positioning

• Be prepared to adapt to changes during the parade, unexpected stops, or route alterations

Minimum Job Requirements & Qualification:

• Attend new hire training which consist of 6 days of Training

• Weekend(s) and PH work is mandatory

• Good command of English and loves interacting with guests

• Able to work outdoor (rain or shine) as work will be physically demanding

• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

• Able to multi-task and display excellent customer service

Preferred Qualifications and value-added skill sets:

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred

• Operations, events and guest service experience preferred

• Own a driving license (Class 3) will be a value-added skill

• Attend any other ad-hoc training and refresher training as per operational needs
