Main Accountabilities
Ø Perform proper stock management by maintaining a fully stocked store and store condition by following visual merchandising standards.
Ø Perform proper greetings and attend customers’ needs by recommending items that match their needs.
Ø Perform further services to customer at Department
Ø Keep up to date with product information, features and benefits.
Ø Responsible to follow up with Department Superiors on orders in regular basis.
Ø Close working relationship with Receiving Department and involved in receiving goods by checking freshness, quality of product and expiry dates (all Fresh Market Departments).
Ø Perform stock count on weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
Ø Responsible to abide safety operation rules & regulation in store.
Ø Perform housekeeping, ensure cleanliness and health & safety measurement in storeroom and selling floor.
