Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare daily vegetarian meals according to recipes
- Assist in managing F&B store and inventory replenishment
- Support the kitchen operations during the monastery events and activities
- Maintain the cleanliness & hygiene of the kitchen and nearby areas
- Comply with workplace safety and health guidelines
Job Specifications
- Qualification: Higher Secondary/Profession Certificate/NiTEC in F&B field
- Year of Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in F&B field
- Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Culinary skills, Communication skills
- Team player with positive attitude
- Possess Food Safety Level 1 certificate
- Able to work on weekend(s), public holiday(s) and irregular working hour(s)
