Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Pack and fulfil online sales and ecommerce orders through the efficient use of in-house and 3rd party delivery partners
• Receive incoming and outgoing shipment within the warehouse
• Coordinate all logistics activities and work with inter-department heads across different business units
• Monitor warehouse inventory and inform Product Managers if stocks are running below par level
• Provide feedback and suggest ways to improve operations and ensure cost-efficient and timely delivery of shipment and goods in line with the business needs
• Participate in monthly stock-take and provide monthly closing reports
• Support with any other administrative duties or special projects as required

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Familiarity with Shopify and marketplace ecommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Fairprice and Amazon
• Experienced/Comfortable with operating pallet stacker/pallet jack
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English and a positive mindset and “can-do” attitude to continuously strive to make things better
• Possess a Class 3 Driver’s license will be a bonus
