Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls pertaining to residents' queries / feedback;
  • Assist in cases creation in the system;
  • Follow up with residents on the progress of the cases that have been attended by the estate team or other department (case by case) prior closing it in the system;
  • Liaise with other team members from other departments pertaining to the feedback or queries cases;
  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Must possess clear speaking voice and strong verbal communication skills;
  • Proficient in English and/or other language / dialect to converse effectively with residents in Singapore;
  • IT savvy;
  • Able to work independently and also a team player;
  • Fresh graduates with no work experience are welcome to apply as training is provided;
  • Working Hours :4 Weekdays between Mondays to Fridays either 8am to 1230pm (for AM shift) OR 1230pm to 5pm (for PM shift) including 1 OFF day and Every Saturdays: 8am to 1pm.
