DIGITAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (SINGAPORE)
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Descriptions
· Liaise with Digital team in head office on all e-Commerce and m-Commerce matters
· Process digital sales orders in the warehouse using the company ERP system and backend CMS
· Pack and gift wrap all digital orders
· Follow precise delivery and shipping instructions to ensure that best delivery service is used depending on weight, volume and value of order
· Arrange timely delivery orders to customers to specified locations
· Maintain and collaborate with Digital and Warehouse teams to improve order packing processes to keep costs down while maintaining brand standards
· Update records and maintain proper filing systems
· Support the warehouse in day-to-day administrative duties
· Any other aspect of logistic operations or administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
· Minimum diploma holder with at least 1 – 2 years relevant experience in order processing
· Exposure to ERP system is an added advantage
· Proficient in Ms Office (Word , Excel & Power Point) and internet tools
· Pro-active, meticulous and independent at work
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Available immediately
