Digital Logistics Assistant (Singapore)
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Descriptions
· Process all digital sales orders in the warehouse
· Pick, pack and gift wrap all digital orders according to order requirements
· Perform quality checks and ensure products are effectively protected from damages during delivery
· Required to carry either 12-13 kg of goods or up to 25kg of goods for Amazon orders
· Required to climb platform ladder (need good stamina)
· Work closely with Digital team in head office on all digital orders
· Update records and maintain proper filing systems
· Arrange timely delivery of orders to customers as according to specified locations
· Follow precise delivery and shipping instructions to ensure that best delivery service is used depending on weight, volume and value of order
· Support Digital team in any other aspect of logistic operations or administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
· Min. Nitec or Diploma in any field
· Pro-active, meticulous and independent at work
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Available immediately
