Retail Assistant (Singapore)
Roles & Responsibilities
Lifeline Corporation Pte Ltd is a locally trusted company providing medical services all around Singapore since 1991. We are recognised as the market leader in the medical rehabilitation equipment industry and we supply medical equipments to major government/private hospitals in Singapore.
We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated individual who can work independently, take initiatives in him/her work and is willing to grow together with our Lifeline family.
Job Responsibilities:
- To promote sales and demo of rehab equipment, consumable products to public
- Manage and resolve customer enquiries and issues independently
- Minimize stocks shrinkage and maintaining stock levels in relation to sales and stocks loss
- Monitor the performance of promotional items and provide feedbacks to Store Lead
- Perform cashiering duties and plus/up selling on selected products
- Build customer relationship and network
- Achieve outlet sales targets
- Check all invoices to ensure the information listed are correct and in order
- Ensure that all parts of the sales floor are kept clean and clear of hazards and stocks
- Assist in the compilation of the daily and weekly sales reports as and when required

Job Requirements:
5.5 days work week
Independent and self-motivated.
Out-going, strong interest in meeting different people.
Energetic, enthusiastic and confident
Pleasant personality.
Able to work on weekend or public holidays when required.
Passion to serve seniors and the community
Various locations around Singapore – Tai Seng, Novena, Outram
