The team creates a fun, warm and friendly shopping experience throughout the store by sharing their product knowledge and enthusiasm with our customers; helping to answer questions, offering suggestions and walking our customers to the products they are searching for. Every one of our team members ensures our customers know that they are always welcomed and cared for here at Little Farms.
Available Work Locations:
- Valley Point
- Katong Point
- Tanglin Mall
- Serangoon Gardens
Role of Butcher:
- Provide professional and friendly service, ensure that customers are acknowledged and served quickly and efficiently
- Perform basic meat cutting functions including trimming, deboning, slicing and portioning
- Weigh, label and price various cuts of meat
- Arrange products in accordance to storage condition and temperature requirements
- Maintain daily production and temperature records
- Demonstrate inventory control and stock checks
- Maintain high standards of hygiene
- Comply with safety and hygiene policies and procedures, according to government regulations
Experience & Skills:
- Proven work experience in butchery or culinary will be an advantage
- Maintain an excellent customer service and can-do attitude
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
