Responsibility:
• Assemble components and products: Following blueprints, schematics, or written instructions, they meticulously put together products using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Perform quality checks: They inspect assembled products for accuracy, completeness, and functionality, identifying and reporting any defects.
• Operate and maintain machinery: Some assembly operators use and maintain basic or complex machinery like drills, presses, or conveyor belts.
• Load and unload materials: They efficiently handle parts and finished products, ensuring timely production flow.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment: They adhere to safety protocols, keep their workstations organized, and report any potential hazards.
• Follow quality control procedures: They document their work, report production data, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Additional tasks may include:
• Packing and shipping completed products
• Troubleshooting minor assembly issues
• Assisting with line setups and adjustments
• Learning new assembly processes and procedures.
Skills:

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM / “O” level, Diploma, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in the manufacturing field.
• Ability to work under minor supervision, good self-discipline, and no color blind.
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Candidates able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Possess own transport and must be willing to work in Nusajaya, Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru.
