Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and hands on in the events and meetings set-up, in accordance to clients'requirements
  • Manage pre- event preparation and provide on-the-day support as required by clients
  • Co-ordinate with clients, F&B and logistics suppliers pre / during / post for the events
  • Manage quotations and administrative work related to the events.

Requirements

  • To be flexible with work hours in line with business needs.
  • A great outgoing personality and be genuine, approachable, attentive and instinctive
  • A team player and enjoy the buzz of being busy
  • To be well presented and able to communicate with all levels of people
  • Candidate who are familiar with banquet / events management will have an added advantage
