Roles & Responsibilities
The Bellhop creates the first impression to arriving property guests. He directs vehicular flow at the driveway, greets guests and directs them to the check-in desk. He provides luggage and item delivery assistance, escorts guests to their designated rooms, explains the use of room amenities and facilities, as well as addresses guests' queries and requests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with directions and other enquiries
- Assist guests in arranging transportation services
- Provides luggage assistance to arriving and departing guests
- Deliver parcels, mails or messages to guest's room
Requirements
- Service-oriented
- Able to work on PH and weekends
- 6 day work week, include both morning & afternoon shift
- Able to carry and transport luggage with maximum weight of 20kg
- Entry level are welcome
