Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Drive the hotel vehicles and to handle guest transfer and ad hoc food or hamper delivery
- Maintain the hotel vehicles in good condition at all times
- Check the hotel vehicles for engine oil, water for radiator, battery water, tyre pressure
- Check the vehicle for cleanliness of the exterior and interior
- Assist in Bell and Concierge duty when there is no transfer request
Job Requirements
- Approach every guest in friendly, enthusiastic, courteous tone and manner, with an emphasis on personalised service
- Comfortable with shift arrangement including on weekends and public holiday
- Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills
