Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide an efficient, prompt and courteous housekeeping service to hotel guests according to hotel standards
- To be responsible for collecting and delivering the guest supplies, laundry, dry cleaning services and pressing services
- To be always courteous, warm and friendly to guests when providing service
- To report any maintenance defects to the Housekeeping Office.
- To follow rules and regulations of the Hotel & Management.
- To keep personal grooming at the highest standard.
- To be fully familiar with Housekeeping Policies and Procedure, Job Description and the Employee's handbook.
- To perform all duties other than these above which are requested by the hotel management/direct supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Physical work required
- Applicants must be willing to work shift duties including weekends and public holidays.
- With or without experience are welcomed to apply.
- Able to understand, speak and write simple English.
