RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in identify training needs in accordance with the organization needs.
- Organize the training/on-the-job training for new Manufacturing employees to enable accurate job performance.
- Assists in analyze & evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
- Evaluate the success of development plans.
- Conduct relevant training courses.
- Develop training reports.
- Support all Production training programs
