RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in identify training needs in accordance with the organization needs.
- Create, design and execute learning strategies and programs (internal & external).
- Assists in analyze & evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
- Evaluate the success of development plans.
- Conduct relevant training courses.
- Develop training reports.
- Support all Production training programs
