POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (Mall)
LOCATION: AVENUE K MALL, JALAN AMPANG, KUALA LUMPUR
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service / information counter
- Attend to shoppers’ and tenants’ enquiries and feedback
- Assist in the upkeeping of the mall
- Assist in the execution of the mall’s promotions and events
- Assist in sale and redemption of vouchers
- To maintain a high level of staff service standards
- Handle administrative duties
- Managing mall’s Loyalty Program redemptions, enquiries and all aspects of support
Job Requirements:
- SPM and ABOVE
- Fluent in English
- At least 2 years of working experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge service
- Must be computer literate, customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in shift (9.30am – 6.30pm /1.00pm – 10.00pm/ 1 hour break each shift ) – 6 days work, 1 day off
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM2,600.00 per month
