POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (Mall)

LOCATION: AVENUE K MALL, JALAN AMPANG, KUALA LUMPUR

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer service / information counter
  2. Attend to shoppers’ and tenants’ enquiries and feedback
  3. Assist in the upkeeping of the mall
  4. Assist in the execution of the mall’s promotions and events
  5. Assist in sale and redemption of vouchers
  6. To maintain a high level of staff service standards
  7. Handle administrative duties
  8. Managing mall’s Loyalty Program redemptions, enquiries and all aspects of support

Job Requirements:

  1. SPM and ABOVE
  2. Fluent in English
  3. At least 2 years of working experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge service
  4. Must be computer literate, customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Able to work in shift (9.30am – 6.30pm /1.00pm – 10.00pm/ 1 hour break each shift ) – 6 days work, 1 day off

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM2,600.00 per month
