Full job description
Responsibilities:
· Achieve sales target and ensure outlet stock accuracy
· Perform daily operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc
· Comply to company policies and standard operation procedures
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
· Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers’ needs.
· Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers.
· Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
· Manage point-of-sales processes.
· Keep up-to-date with products information.
· To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements:
· Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent.
