• You are required to provide support to the Entertainment Team to achieve guests’ satisfaction by enhancing the guests experience in the waterpark.
• You will be an usher to navigate crowd and to ensure a quick and efficient entry and exit.
• Event activities and event set up.
• To maintain a safe environment for our guests
• You shall be the recognizable “signature” representation of LEGOLAND Malaysia.
• Interact with the guest by initiating conversation with them
• Entertains guests and promotes LEGOLAND Malaysia on a daily basis throughout the park and at periodic off- site special events as a Walking Character.
• Encourages participation from and facilitates interaction between audience and cast.
• Provides park information as requested by Guests. Demonstrates a primary concern for the safety and comfort of Guests as they enter and exit LEGOLAND Malaysia facilities.
• Carries out all duties and responsibilities within the guidelines of LEGOLAND Malaysia policies and procedures.
• Activities assigned from time to time.
