Position Summary:

Grounds Service Assistant role is responsible for day-to-day grounds operations tasks assigned at the Parks. You will exude an infectious passion for delivering world-class memorable experiences for our guests. You are to maintain a friendly, safe, clean and comfortable environment in the park.

Scope & Responsibilities:

• Hoses and sweeps park walkways as designated/maintains cleanliness of landscaped areas along the walkways.
• Changes and replaces hand towels, toilet paper and other goods as required.
• Replaces soap in restroom dispensers.
• Responsible for the overall cleanliness of designated restrooms as trained.
• Responsible for emptying trash cans along a designated route. Moves trash to outside transfer station.

Background and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of Theme Park or related customer service experience is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in handling cleaning materials & chemical.

Education:

SPM Leavers or other equivalent level of education.

Additional Information:

• Malaysian.
• Fully vaccinated (14 days after second dose).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends to support park operations.
• Ability to work in an exposed/outdoor environment.
