Job Details

Job requirements:

• A minimum of three (3) years’ of progressive experience in facility or building maintenance.
• The incumbent must be knowledgeable in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, building works and preventive maintenance is required
• Strong knowledge in M&E equipment routine maintenance/preventive program
• Demonstrated safety knowledge and ability to handle M&E equipment operation, repair & maintenance works
• Experienced working in an aquarium is an advantage.
• Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to train new members/apprentice
• Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
• Have good communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs
• Proficiency in computer skill and Microsoft Office applications
• Experienced working in a fast-pace environment and ability to work under pressure situations.

Education Background:

Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical /Facility management or any other qualification related to aquarium Life Support System.
