- Processing payment, updating account records, data / journal entries for posting into accounting system.
- Assist in bank reconciliation, AP function, AR function and general accounting.
- Support daily office administration
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Accounting or candidate with 1-2 years of Accounts related experience
- Able to communicate in mandarin as there is a need communicate in mandarin with business partners
- Familiar with Million Accounting Software will be added advantage
