The Role

The P&C Business Partner will play an active role in business partnering, adding value to the business and operations achieving the organizational goals. The incumbent will also take on the role of a trusted People and Culture advisor in engaging and communicating the agenda to a large workforce.

  • Acting as trusted P&C advisor through business partnering with stakeholders to identify talent issues/challenges and translate into specific P&C requirements
  • Bring critical insights to business on current and emerging capability gaps by leveraging data, analytics, people assessment and external benchmark
  • Influence and coach business to support talent strategy.
  • Establish trust and creditability with stakeholders and team members to facilitate engagement and talent management agenda
  • Facilitating the discussion on post- engagement survey and playing a supporting role in action planning working with various stakeholders
  • Manage and resolve complex team members’ relations issues to minimize litigation risk and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Bridge between P&C Centre of Excellence and business in order to achieve efficient deployment of P&C services
  • Interface and build relationships within P&C community to effectively deploy P&C services to execute and support P&C / talent strategy whilst removing redundancies and overlap
  • Seek feedback, monitor stakeholder satisfaction and drive P&C service performance to ensure continuous improvement, and customer service mindset
  • Be a culture steward and partner with operations/store support center to create an engaging culture built

About You

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a P&C generalist role
  • Good understanding of P&C practices and local employment law
  • Preferably from industry with large workforce and comfortable to engage team members from various level
  • Possess good people skills and positive attitude
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
