What you’ll be doing

  • Must have relevant work experience in WESTERN CUISINES, FINE DINNING or SEMI-FINE DINNING is a plus
  • Ensure the quality of the food items
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist in a timely manner
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model
  • Fast Career Promotion to Sous Chef.

  • Must be willing to work permanently at one of these locations: Novena MRT, Tanjong Pargar MRT, Holland Village MRT.
