Responsible for the preparation of meat. Keeping the store and product clean and meeting the quality expectations of customers.
Role and Responsibilities
- Administrative duties including invoicing, goods receiving & ordering.
- Daily store operations. Such as assist customers with meat selections.
- Weigh, label and price various cuts of meat.
- Arrange product following storage conditions and temperature requirements.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management
Qualifications and Experience
- GCE “O” level or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in spoken English
- Positive and willing to learn, able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Must be able to use Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Commit min three weekdays (9am to 6pm)
