Requirements:
- Minimum of SPM Certificate
- 1 years of working experience in retail operations management/related field.
- Able to at least operate a coffee machine
- Required computer literacy skills:
– MS Word
– MS Excel
– MS PowerPoint
– MS Team
- Able to speak Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages according to SOP.
- Servicing customers and taking orders.
- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.
- Ensure the stocks are well maintained at all times.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment.
- Cleaning service and seating areas.
- Promoting, describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.
- Customer service skills and knowledge.
