Job Description
- Maintain vigilance in ensuring the safety and security of all assets that is both its peoples, guests, employees and others and their properties.
- Ensures that all security and fire safety duties are performed and maintained in accordance with standard regulations.
- Conducting preliminary investigation and writing report regarding incident occurring during the course of duty.
- Efficient usage and upkeep of communication tools and equipments to enhance productivity work flow.
- To response immediately to needs of guests and request s of departments or employees for any security and fire safety assistance.
- To perform duties at lobby, loading bay, safe-guard duties, static duty, patrolling and other assignments.
- To perform patrolling of guest floor and heart of house; checking of entry and exit points of the hotel property
- To perform CCTV monitoring and other assigned duties at FCC.
- Response to all emergency situations within the hotel premises..
- Familiar with all the emergency procedures on Security and fire life safety.
- Ensure that no irregularities take place including CCTV, car park, fire alarm monitoring panel, lifts supervisory panel, emergency intercom, PA paging system etc.
- Look out for and pay particular attention to patron and guest
- Assist with walk through and provide essential Security & Safety information on emergency or evacuation plans with various government agencies or potential guests
- Work alongside with Singapore Police Force or Singapore Civil Defense Force during crisis or emergency.
