Responsibilities:
- Assist for the full process of new application/ renewal of the business license for new outlets and existing outlets
- Prepare and compile the necessary documents for the application related to business licenses
- Assist for the full scope of general administration functions of the company which include monitor and maintain company vehicles insurance, road tax renewal and upkeep of the company vehicles
- Involve in any other tasks assigned related to maintenance and management of the company properties, for examples; monitor the landscape of the building, take proper action to tackle any arose issues such as inorganize seating arrangements in the office, staff parking limitations, etc.
- Support general office administrative works such as documentations preparation, filling, etc.
- Assist on company event planning and execution
- Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines
- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- A valuable team player and able to work independently
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment & multitasking
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel as per assigned and when needed
