JOB SCOPE
- Ensures all product generics of the Housekeeping are attained by employing the YTL Hotel System of Operation which focuses employee effort to the consistent attainment of standards.
- Responsible for the implementation and consistent operational compliance to all employee training and development programs.
- Maintains consistency for the Housekeeping Department.
- Constant improvement in line with customer expectations needs and desire.
- Ensures guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supports and supervises an effective inspection program for all guest rooms and public areas.
- Supervises daily Housekeeping operations and ensures compliance with all Housekeeping policies, standards and procedures.
