Job Duties:
- Monitoring that all task is completed by the teams and following up with them if they are behind schedule.
- Provide report to management team on daily basis on task completion status.
- Perform necessary checks as per stipulated and send report on a daily basis to management team.
- Coordinating with respective vendors to arrange for vehicle systems inspection/corrective/preventive maintenance.
- Monthly consolidation for team performance record.
- Perform regular compliance checks for enhanced vehicles.
- Other assigned duties as directed by management.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in usage of Microsoft Office apps (i.e Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours and intense situations
- Strong ability in working independently and in a collaborative team
