Assist the Cafe Manager in managing the outlet according to company standard in sales, staffing, visual merchandising, operations and fulfill any duties assigned by the Cafe Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Cafe Manager in managing the profitable store, execute product & sales promotion, draft / arrange crew schedules, and educating all crews on all products & services.
• Document & complete shift report.
• Perform a daily inventory of baked offs and daily items to ensure that a par stock is maintained.
• Properly open and close the cafe as well as handling and taking over shifts.
• Verify and submit crew attendance in a timely manner.
• Retain and grooming crews.
• Maintain a comfortable & conducive outlet.

Qualification:

• Graduate with Diploma/Degree in F&B with 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Without paper qualification but with a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in F&B is welcome as well.
