Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options, including daily specials and promotions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
• Serve food and drinks to customers while ensuring accuracy and proper presentation.
• Provide recommendations and answer questions regarding menu items, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware as per standard procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring tables are cleared and cleaned promptly.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and providing accurate change.
• Uphold hygiene and food safety standards, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experiences in food and beverage industry or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
• Strong business knowledge in retail management, sales and marketing and customer services.
• Good command of verbal and written English and Malay languages, ability to speak additional languages will be an added advantage.
• Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Able to work as a team.
• Must be willing to work on shifts (retail hours) / weekends and public holidays.
• Open for Malaysian citizen only.
