Job Details

We are seeking a motivated Data Scientist Intern to join our team and contribute to data-driven projects. The intern will work closely with our team to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of machine learning models and data analysis techniques. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training and evaluation, statistical analysis, and data visualization. The intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with real-world datasets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to impactful projects that drive business insights and innovation.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing tasks to ensure data quality and usability for analysis and modeling purposes.
2. Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to gain insights into datasets, identify patterns, and uncover potential correlations.
3. Develop and implement machine learning models for various predictive and analytical tasks, such as classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.
4. Conduct statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and draw meaningful conclusions from data.
5. Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
6. Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and related fields, and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing efforts.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical concepts.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL and/or Pandas.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for learning and exploring new technologies and methodologies in data science.
