Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily cafe operations, including customer service, order processing, and maintaining a welcoming environment
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to support in food preparation, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
  • Learn and apply inventory management techniques, helping to control stock levels and minimize waste
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
  • Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Culinary Arts / Pastry Arts or a related field
  • Internship duration of at least 3 to 6 months
  • Passion for the F&B industry and a genuine interest in cafe operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus
