Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily cafe operations, including customer service, order processing, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to support in food preparation, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Learn and apply inventory management techniques, helping to control stock levels and minimize waste
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Culinary Arts / Pastry Arts or a related field
- Internship duration of at least 3 to 6 months
- Passion for the F&B industry and a genuine interest in cafe operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus
