This position offers casual employment with the flexibility to choose between two primary responsibilities: customer service or assisting with e-commerce operations by packing orders for online shipments.
Details as below:
- RM 8 – RM 10 per hour
(1) Retail Associate Duties:
Location: Ampang Point | KLCC | KL East Mall | IOI City Mall | SOGO KL
- Welcome and assist customers in-store, addressing queries and providing product information.
- Process transactions accurately through point-of-sale systems
- Eligible for commission based on individual sales generated while assisting customers. (If applicable)
(2) e-Commerce Assistant (Packer) Duties:
Location: Ampang Point only
- Prepare online orders for shipping by selecting items, packing securely, and labeling packages.
- Coordinate with shipping partners for timely order fulfillment.
