Full job description
- Assists Executive Chef with all updates relating to operation needs.
- Supports operation requirements of chefs from all outlets.
- Coordinates the orders received from the restaurant managers and provides necessary assistance to the respective chefs.
- Coordinates health-checkup activities of the kitchen staff.
- Ensures effective communication between chefs and kitchen staff.
- Prepares necessary documents for meetings.
- Follows through all kitchen errands, coordinates with special request(s) and updates respective kitchen.
- Involves in kitchen walk-through and updates various departments on all issues for their follow up.
