Full job description

  • Assists Executive Chef with all updates relating to operation needs.
  • Supports operation requirements of chefs from all outlets.
  • Coordinates the orders received from the restaurant managers and provides necessary assistance to the respective chefs.
  • Coordinates health-checkup activities of the kitchen staff.
  • Ensures effective communication between chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Prepares necessary documents for meetings.
  • Follows through all kitchen errands, coordinates with special request(s) and updates respective kitchen.
  • Involves in kitchen walk-through and updates various departments on all issues for their follow up.
