Full job description
- Responsible for the maintenance of AV equipment and lighting of ballrooms and function spaces.
- Ensures that all AV equipments needed are in the inventory before event.
- Ensures that all equipments are fully operational, repaired and clean whenever necessary.
- Maintains all hotel in-audio system and provides assistance to guests on proper usage of AV equipment.
- Prepares the duty roster according to the events forecast.
- Coordinates with Catering & Banquet teams on the events for AV testing and actual functions.
- Provides assistance to the duty personnel on Electrical issues whenever required.
- Able to work on weekends.
