The Role

The successful candidate will be supporting the operations team in administrative matters. The key responsibilities are as below. 

  • Complete the assigned reports and KPI collation within the stipulated time 
  • Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of the details input 
  • Support administration matters such as leave submission, uniforms distribution, etc 
  • Attend the hotline calls from the stores 
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned 

About You

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Meticulous and organized team player
