The Role
The successful candidate will be supporting the operations team in administrative matters. The key responsibilities are as below.
- Complete the assigned reports and KPI collation within the stipulated time
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of the details input
- Support administration matters such as leave submission, uniforms distribution, etc
- Attend the hotline calls from the stores
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
About You
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Experienced in using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Meticulous and organized team player
