Key Responsibilities:
- Handling reservations inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Providing information about room availability, rates, and packages to potential guests.
- Assisting guests in making reservations, modifications, or cancellations.
- Ensuring accurate and timely entry of reservation data into the booking system.
- Collaborating with other departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences.
- Managing special requests and room allocations.
- Resolving any booking issues or discrepancies in a professional manner.
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of our property's offerings and promotions.
- Upholding company policies and procedures related to reservations.
- Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
- Providing excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using reservation management software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and room categories is a plus.
