Job Overview
Primary duties are serving Food and Beverages to customers in a friendly and respectful manner. You will be responsible for keeping all tables clean and tidy.
Job Scope
- Serve Food and Beverages to customers
- To have complete knowledge on the menu / service available / preparation methods and time in sections appointed
- Ensures that service / items are prepared according to hotel minimum standards and standard procedures
- Checks quality / presentation / temperature of beverage / service prior to serving
- To be aware of Hotel standards and policies
- To be aware of and apply the procedures concerning hotel fire and life safety / emergency procedures
- Ensures that the restaurant is neat and in order at all times
- Assist with takeaway services
Job Requirements
- At least a O Level educational qualification
- Teamwork service oriented
- Keeping a neat and tidy appearance
