Job Description

  • To conduct inspection of both the internal and external areas of the building
  • To coordinate and assist with term contractor works.
  • Daily routine works (E/W meter reading & etc)
  • To attend to feedback from tenants and client issues.
  • To attend minor breakdown/repair works. 
  • To carry out the weekly inspection of specialised equipment. 
  • To handle fire alarm, lift system & etc
  • Liaise with onsite teams (security and cleaner) 
  • Conduct electrical meter readings on monthly basis
  • Any other related works onsite

Requirements

  1. Higher Nitec / Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical / Facilities or equivalent
  2. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  3. 5.5 days/week (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm & Saturday 8am to 12pm)
  4. Work Location: Joo Koon
