Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Administrative Duties: Perform data entry and handle general administrative matters to ensure smooth office operations.
  2. Communication & Coordination: Contact merchants to confirm appointment times and prepare envelope printing for eCommerce orders, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  3. Mailing Responsibilities: Take charge of mailing normal and registered letters, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
  4. Inventory and Sales Monitoring: Monitor daily sales and stock levels to maintain inventory accuracy and meet business needs.
  5. Device Management: Manage, organize, and clean devices. Keep proper records of devices, including monitoring and following up on the status of faulty devices. This includes sorting devices and ensuring they are in good working condition.
  6. Customer Service: Attend to walk-in customers for card collection, providing high-quality customer service and support.
  7. Project and Task Management: Take an active role in new projects, making necessary arrangements to ensure successful project execution. Show an open heart and willingness to learn and accept new tasks, demonstrating adaptability and a positive attitude towards continuous learning.
  8. Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management, displaying flexibility and a proactive approach to work.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of GCE “O” Levels or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with strong ability to utilize office software for daily tasks.
  • Independent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues autonomously.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and a strong team player, demonstrating the capacity to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Eager to learn with a positive work attitude, showing a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin in order to communicate effectively with team members from China, facilitating clear and effective cross-cultural communication.
