Responsibilities
- Requires assistance in daily outlet operations in QSC, outlet planning & administration, people management, enforcing policy, procedures, rules and regulations in the outlet.
- Identify and anticipate customers’ needs and expectations and make recommendations.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management. Be able to deploy, supervise, direct and motivate staff.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Prior working experience in related industry and experienced in leading a group of staff is an advantage.
- Discipline, self motivated, able to communicate and willing to learn.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
