FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST (SINGAPORE)
Responsibilities:
Facility Management:
– Ensure the training center is tidy and all rooms are prepared for the next day's classes.
– Monitor and replenish supplies as needed.
Daily In-processing of Learners:
– Welcome learners in the morning and facilitate the smooth check-in process.
– Provide necessary information and assistance to learners as they arrive.
Student Registrations:
– Assist learners with the registration process when they visit the center.
– Manage and organize student records with accuracy.
– Promote and recommend courses to potential and existing learners for new courses to enroll in
Backend Enrollment Processing:
– Process student enrollments in the backend system.
– Follow up on payment status and communicate with learners regarding outstanding balances.
Attendance Confirmation and Follow-ups:
– Call learners to confirm their upcoming attendance for classes
– Conduct regular reminder calls to ensure learners are prepared for their sessions.
– Follow up on any attendance-related issues or concerns.
Requirements:
Must be available to work on both Saturdays and Sundays.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in basic computer applications.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
