MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Knowledge in a wide range of ingredients, baking equipment’s and techniques, good planning and budgeting skills.
2.Extensive knowledge in precautionary measures for possible health hazards.
3.He/she must also patient, detail-oriented, creative, organized and be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
4.Bakers must also work effectively under pressure, under conditions of high temperatures and long hours standing.
5.Preparing ingredients for donuts and other baked goods based on recipes; mixing quality ingredients to form dough and batter; using baking equipment’s properly;
Requirements:-
• Min SPM level, Certificates and Diploma in Food services, pastries, bakeries, culinary and hotel & tourism.
• Well versed converse in B. Malaysia , English and additional languages
• Must possess experiences in related/similar industries 1-3 years.
• Pleasant personality, cheerful and jovial attitudes.
