Roles & Responsibilities

Your duty includes (but is not limited to):
1) Preparing daily items from A la Carte, Buffet & Catering menus and to standby mise en place and live cooking station items to be consistent with existing standard operating procedures
2)Being stationed at the live cooking station, you replenish buffet items and attend to guest requests in a timely manner
3) Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the working environment and operating equipment
