Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere, building strong relationships with members and guests.
- Handle all member inquiries, requests, and bookings with efficiency and professionalism.
- Ensure seamless operations at the reception counter, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Provide accurate and timely information to members, addressing their feedback and concerns.
- Maintain a neat and organised workspace, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks.
- Conduct Club tours, showcasing our facilities and services.
- Offer administrative support to the membership and finance departments as needed.
Requirements:
- O/A Levels or Diploma in any discipline.
- Fresh diploma graduates are welcome.
- Housewives returning to the workforce are welcome too.
- Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised and efficient, with strong administrative skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Shift work; 5.5 day work week.
