Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere, building strong relationships with members and guests.
  • Handle all member inquiries, requests, and bookings with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Ensure seamless operations at the reception counter, maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to members, addressing their feedback and concerns.
  • Maintain a neat and organised workspace, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks.
  • Conduct Club tours, showcasing our facilities and services.
  • Offer administrative support to the membership and finance departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • O/A Levels or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Fresh diploma graduates are welcome.
  • Housewives returning to the workforce are welcome too.
  • Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised and efficient, with strong administrative skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Shift work; 5.5 day work week.
