Roles & Responsibilities

Role Description

This position reports to the Sous Chef/Outlet Chef. This position assists in the preparation and service of all food items, and other sections as required

 

Specific Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness of refrigerators, cold room, working tables and kitchen equipment
  • Assist in various buffet set-up
  • Ensures mis-en-place is according to the Hotel's standards

Competencies

  • Gain knowledge in various buffet set-ups
  • Gain experience in cleanliness management of kitchen equipment
  • Gain knowledge in Hotel's mis-en-place standards

Requirements

  • Vocational Qualification in Culinary
  • Able to work on a shift basis
  • Valid Food Hygiene Certificate registered with Singapore Food Agency (SFA)
